About Angélique Roché
Angélique Roché is an attorney, professional host, moderator, voiceover artist, journalist, and content creator.
As a writer and photographer, Angélique has contributed to NBC News, Black Girl Nerds, Syfy Wire, Nerdist, Marvel, and Rewire News. She is currently the host of Marvel Entertainment’s Marvel’s Voices podcast, formerly an-air contributor and host of Syfy Wire’s Geeksplain podcast, and host of New York Public Radio’s (WNYC) live monthly show and podcast “Very Biggest Questions” at The Greene Space. She also co-hosts The Radical Geeks and The Women of Marvel Podcast. She is the creator and producer of her own live stream video conversation series and podcast Creative Quarantine on the Broadway Podcast Network. In 2021 Angé1ique served as a writer, producer, and commentator for a first-of-its-kind Marvel-themed live NBA broadcast on ESPN, “Arena of Heroes.”
As a voice-over artist, she regularly works for Vox Creative and recently announced her role in the animated adaption of Micheline Hess’ graphic novel, Diary of a Mad Black Werewolf.
No stranger to the red carpet, Angélique has served as host and correspondent for both virtual and in-person live premiere events including (most recently), Marvel Studio’s Wandavision, Marvel Studios’ The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, and Marvel Studio’s Black Widow.
Angélique is also an experienced live event host and moderator, facilitating conversations with digital influencers, creators, and performers around the country at high-profile events, including Ace ComicCon, SDCC, NYCC, C2E2, and E3.
