| Admission tickets are final sale and non-transferable. There are no exchanges or refunds for any reason. |
| Children 5 years of age and under are free; 6-12 years of age require child admission; and 13-17 years of age require a youth ticket. All children and youth require an accompanying adult with paid admission. We may ask to see proof of age. |
| Single Day passes will be emailed to you within an hour of purchase so please be sure to enter correct email address. This email will be your proof of purchase that you present at the Event to get your wristband and/or badge. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder. We will scan your QR code and issue a wristband or badge for entry. |
| Warning! Any Celebrity Fan Fest tickets or passes purchased from any source other than Celebrity Fan Fest or PMX Events will NOT be honored for admission. Only tickets purchased online at www.PMXEvents.com and/or www.CelebrityFanFest.com are considered authentic and valid for entry. |
| Unless included in a VIP package, photo op and autograph purchases do not include admission to the show. Admission to the show must be purchased separately. In the event we offer special promotions or discounts, these promotions cannot be combined with any other offers or used on previous purchases. |

| Celebrity Fan Fest guests appear as noted and may only be available 1 or 2 days. Appearance day(s) will be posted on the website once confirmed by the celebrity guest. Sometimes their schedule will change due to professional obligations. |
| All guest announcements and schedules are subject to change. In the event of a guest cancellation, all autograph and photo op tickets for that guest will be refunded. There are NO refunds on admission tickets. |
| All scheduled events, panels, autograph sessions and photo ops have limited availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last, unless otherwise noted. |
| No outside food or drinks (including alcoholic beverages) are permitted inside the Freeman Expo Halls and Coliseum. |
| No pets are allowed except for registered service animals. |
| By your presence at Celebrity Fan Fest, all ticket holders grant Celebrity Fan Fest and entities affiliated with PMX Events, and their respective agents, the unrestricted right and license to use the holder's name, likeness and voice in any production, reproduction, distribution, transmission, publication, public performance, broadcast or exhibition of Celebrity Fan Fest advertisements, broadcast or telecast of the Event, promotions, contests, photographs taken, or other transmission or reproduction in connection with Celebrity Fan Fest for any purpose, without compensation. |
